(2019) A year ago our company Directors decided to outsource HR functions and were seeking to engage a ‘boutique-style’, personalised and customised, HR consultant or team to help us look after our 160 employees over 9 locations in south east Queensland. After meeting the team at Effective Resourcing we were comfortable and confident that they would be able to provide the specialist HR support we required and will need into the future. Over the past twelve months Effective HR have been able to competently, effectively and efficiently navigate our company through sensitive matters, improve the way we manage performance, provide advice on recruitment, assist us to meet legislative requirements and build the capacity and confidence in our managers to lead high performing and productive teams. Recently we broadened the initial scope of Effective HR, from not only just HR support but, to assist our company to investigate and source a new internal company-wide electronic HR system. Effective HR oversaw the due diligence, consultation and implementation functions of this project. The consultants are absolute professional experts in their fields. Not only the quality but also the explanation of advice to myself and our management team has been exceptional. To be honest I was initially apprehensive about outsourcing our HR functions however any concerns were almost immediately diminished after engaging Effective HR.
